Zebco Cardinal 4 Fishing Reel. The Holy Grail

  

Former store display original vintage Zebco Abu Cardinal 4. Please note the exterior box has some tears and damage to the corners as pictured.

Unfortunately somebody tried to tape this up decades ago. Otherwise, extraordinarily rare and immaculate. I had never removed it from the packaging until I took the pictures for this ad. The handle had never been installed until these pictures were taken. I have owned it for over 30 years.

I felt the little advertising placard that came with it was evidence of that. The small Zebco sticker is slightly peeling up (please see the picture). All original with the original tool, spare spool and oil bottle with oil still in it and of course, the original manual. I would think an item like this would go to only the most discriminating collector. I don't want to see anything bad happen to something so rare.
